Founder
At Aesthetic Coterie, Sophia has created a sanctuary where sculpting, wellness, and intentional care come together. With years of advanced training, Detox by Rebecca® certified provider for Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage; and a deep passion for the lymphatic system, she blends technique with intuition to help clients feel lighter, brighter, and more connected to their bodies.
Sophia’s approach is rooted in transformation—supporting detoxification, reducing inflammation, and elevating natural contours through signature lymphatic drainage methods and curated holistic treatments. Every session is crafted to be both therapeutic and luxurious, inviting clients to slow down and reconnect with themselves.

Advanced Skincare, Body Sculpter, & Lymphatic Specialist

Caitlin brings more than 20 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, with a background spanning dermatology clinics, med spas, and advanced skincare practices from San Francisco to Texas to Seattle. As a CIDESCO-certified practitioner, she is highly trained in advanced skincare, body treatments, and lymphatic techniques, with a special passion for science-based, results-driven care.
She loves helping clients improve both skin health and overall well-being, and is excited to bring her expertise to Aesthetic Coterie as lymphatic drainage becomes an essential pillar in modern beauty and wellness. Outside the treatment room, Caitlin enjoys traveling, being outdoors with her family, and soaking in all the joy (and chaos!) of life with a toddler and a new baby.

Dr. Alkaitis

Aesthetic Coterie is the only retailer of Dr. Alkaitis Organic Skincare in Spokane, Washington. Dr. Alkaitis products are formulated with organic, biodynamic, or wild-crafted herbs, plants, seeds, sea vegetables, and oils in their raw state. Healthy, living plants suffused with the energy of life are the foundation of the products. Dr. Alkaitis skincare is raw, vegan, gluten free, living, holistic skincare.

I've been to many a massage therapist, in town and around the country, and her attention to details and methods make her one of the best! This was my first lymphatic drainage massage, and I found it as relaxing and therapeutic as any "regular massage" experience. The sauna portion of the package (and my own follow up with 96oz daily hydration and lean meal choices) is essential to the commitment in detoxing fully. [I was prepared for that... however, I wasn't ready for the emotional release that was experienced later that night. Just a heads up for first timers😜.] But the FACIAL! It was amazingly relaxing and a real treat! Highly recommend!"
